On July 21, 2021, the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) provided 100 candidates for junior judges, junior prosecutors and junior investigators – graduates of class 2020/2021 with an access to the training materials developed for the both e-learning courses piloted under the project “Preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence” funded under the “Justice” Programme of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, respectively “Domestic Violence in a Civil law context. Psychological aspects” and “Domestic Violence in Cases of Factual and Legal Complexity”. The specified training materials were published as self-learning resources on the NIJ e-learning platform.
It is envisaged the next class of junior magistrates’ candidates (alumni of 2021/2022) to be trained on these topics, as well.
